It is the joy and honor of the SFD Team to provide you with multiple spiritual growth opportunities as you set out to earn your degree at Vanguard University! Here are a few practical steps to assist you in fulfilling your Chapel credit need over the course of each semester:

Each traditional undergraduate student is required to fulfill 30 chapel credits every semester. These credits may be achieved in various ways by way of Student ID Card scan-in at the beginning of each Chapel or by other record keeping method provided and approved by SFD:

• Main Chapel Gatherings: Morning Chapel, Excavate, Shine, La Capilla, and other SFD led special ministry events.

• SFD Online Chapels: My Story Matters, Real Talk, My Story Continues.

o Online Chapel Experiences will be available on our SFD YouTube Channel

o All Online Chapel Experience credits will be tabulated through an online WuFoo form link which will be available both via SFD Weekly emails as well as on the SFD YouTube Channel link corresponding to specific Online Chapel Experiences.

• Alternative Chapels (can represent up to 50% of your total Chapel credit need):

o VU Staff/Faculty and/or SFD approved Local Church led Small Groups.

o SFD approved VU Departmental gatherings.
