Code of Conduct
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR OLDER, to complete this waiver online. If under 18, you must download the printable waiver, review and sign with parent or legal guardian, then bring completed waiver to check-in.
As a student of Vanguard University, you may have the opportunity to participate in various university activities/events/trips, both on campus and off, during your time here. This Code of Conduct will apply to all learning opportunities and activities in which you choose to participate. The risks associated with each activity/event/trip will be posted or explained prior to each event, and you should never participate without first understanding all potential risks.
CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS
Vanguard University requires all students to read the following documents that apply to their student status (i.e. traditional undergraduate student, graduate student, or professional studies student) and to conduct themselves in accordance with the content specified within.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY
I have read the document above that applies to me, and I agree to conduct myself according to the guidelines stated in that document during my time as a student of the university.
By choosing submit, I am verifying under penalty of perjury that I am the person named above. In so doing, I am also verifying the authenticity and accuracy of all information I have provided. I understand that this waiver shall apply to any and all activities, events, and trips in which I participate and that this waiver shall remain in effect for the duration of the school year as long as I am a student at Vanguard University of Southern California.
